WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE RENTAL RATEDO YOU CHARGE?

Rental commission rates are agreed upon by a property owner and their listing broker. Rental commissions are typically 15-20% of the base rental amount. Compared to some management companies, who can charge up to 50% in commission, broker representation for your rental property can be seen as a bargain.
